These Terms apply to CoopCount: Egg Tracker ("CoopCount", "the app").

Use of the App
CoopCount is a local-first egg production tracking app for backyard chicken keepers, homesteaders, and small flock owners. You may use the app to record egg counts, coops, flock notes, and simple production trends.
No Professional Advice
CoopCount is for personal record keeping only. It does not provide veterinary, animal health, biosecurity, tax, legal, accounting, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for decisions about animal care, sales, food safety, compliance, and business operations.
Your Data
You are responsible for the information you enter into CoopCount and for maintaining backups of any records you need to keep. Current V1 records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
In-App Purchases
CoopCount may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, available plans, and displayed prices are handled by the platform where you purchased.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional advice.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, flock records, production estimates, sales, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of CoopCount.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
