Privacy information for BlankDry, a local-first drying rack and blank history app for woodturners.

This Privacy Policy applies to BlankDry on iOS. BlankDry is published by E Stream Media Empire and helps woodturners keep user-entered rack, blank, weight, observation, reminder, photo, export, backup, and restore records on their own devices.
Local-first woodturning records
BlankDry stores user-entered drying rack names, rack locations, slot labels, blank labels, wood species, source notes, cut dates, rough-turn dates, sealed dates, weight readings, optional moisture readings, observations, reminders, final-turn queue status, archived blank records, language choice, and app settings locally on the device.
Photos selected or captured by the user
BlankDry may ask for photo library or camera access only when the user chooses to attach an observation photo to a blank record. Selected or captured images are used for local recordkeeping and are not uploaded to an E Stream Media Empire server by BlankDry.
No account, backend, ads, analytics, or tracking
The current BlankDry app does not require a login and does not use a developer-operated backend account, cloud sync, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, Firebase, RevenueCat, public profiles, marketplace features, or custom network upload of local records.
Exports, sharing, and backups
BlankDry can create user-initiated exports or backups from local records where those features are available in the app. The user chooses where exported or shared content goes through the device and operating system. Review exported files before sharing private shop, customer, lumber source, or project notes.
Purchases handled by Apple
Optional BlankDry Pro purchases and Restore Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit and the App Store where available. Apple may process purchase, billing, subscription, tax, refund, and subscription-management information according to Apple policies. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from Apple purchase flows.
Recordkeeping-only disclaimer
BlankDry records user-entered shop information. It does not determine whether a blank is dry, safe to turn, stable, saleable, or ready for final turning. It does not provide lathe safety advice, chemical treatment recommendations, professional woodworking advice, marketplace services, payment processing, or moisture-readiness guarantees.
