Terms of Use
Terms for TripLatch RV, a local-first RV checklist and walk-around departure board.

These Terms apply to TripLatch RV ("TripLatch RV", "the app") published by E Stream Media Empire.

Where the Apple standard End User License Agreement applies to an App Store download, it applies in addition to these product-specific terms unless a required local consumer protection rule says otherwise.
Use of the App
TripLatch RV is a local-first RV checklist, walk-around board, reminder, setup, teardown, storage, winterizing, and spring startup utility. You may use it to organize your own RV routines and checklist notes.
Your Records and Backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into TripLatch RV and for maintaining any exports or backups you need. Current records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
No Safety Guarantee
TripLatch RV is not a safety system and does not guarantee roadworthiness, towing readiness, parking readiness, storage readiness, campground compliance, or operating readiness. Checklist completion, Ready state, override history, and reminders are planning aids only.
No Mechanical, Legal, Insurance, or Certification Advice
The app does not provide mechanical diagnosis, repair instruction, legal advice, insurance advice, official RV certification, manufacturer-approved procedures, or accident prevention. Follow your owner manuals, qualified professionals, applicable laws, campground rules, and your own judgment.
In-App Purchases
TripLatch RV may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, cancellation, available plans, and displayed prices are handled by the platform where you purchased.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, store information you are not authorized to maintain, or rely on the app as a substitute for inspection, maintenance, professional help, or safe operation decisions.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of records, missed checklist items, equipment damage, trip disruption, campground issues, towing issues, vehicle issues, or other losses arising from your use of TripLatch RV.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
