Support information for PaceLap: Lease Mileage, including lease setup, odometer readings, forecasts, trip simulation, Pro, and Restore Purchases.

For PaceLap support, email the support address below. Include the app name, platform, device model if useful, app version or build number if visible, and a short description of the issue.

What PaceLap does

PaceLap helps lease drivers enter lease and odometer information, see today’s mileage target, estimate whether they are ahead or behind pace, forecast possible lease-end overage, and simulate planned trips.

No account or server required

PaceLap is designed as a local-first app. It does not require an account, developer server, ads, analytics, tracking, background location, or connected-car login for V1.

Purchases and Restore Purchases

If Pro access does not appear after purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app and confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.

Estimate-only safety

PaceLap provides planning estimates based on user-entered data. It does not provide financial, legal, insurance, tax, loan, buyout, or vehicle advice and does not guarantee lease charges or savings.

Sensitive information

Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, private keys, full lease contracts, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information through support email unless a secure support process is provided.
