Terms for HoofCycle: Farrier Log, a local-first farrier visit and hoof care record utility.

These Terms of Use apply to HoofCycle: Farrier Log ("HoofCycle", "the app") published by E Stream Media Empire.

Use of the App
HoofCycle is a local-first hoof care record-keeping utility for horse owners, barn managers, and small private stables. You may use it to record and review your own farrier visits, hoof care cycles, hoof photos, and related notes.
Your Records and Backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into HoofCycle. Records are stored locally on your device. If a HoofCycle build includes export or backup tools, you are responsible for maintaining the files you choose to export or share.
No Veterinary or Farrier Advice
HoofCycle is a note-taking and record-keeping tool. It does not provide veterinary advice, farrier diagnosis, treatment guidance, or emergency care advice. You are responsible for consulting a qualified farrier or veterinarian for hoof care decisions.
In-App Purchases
HoofCycle may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, cancellation, available plans, and displayed prices are handled by the platform where you purchased.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional veterinary or farrier care.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of horse care records, missed farrier appointments, or hoof care decisions arising from your use of HoofCycle.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
