Support for ConeLog: Pottery Kiln Notes, a local-first pottery kiln, glaze, and firing log app.

What To Include

  • Device model.
  • iOS or Android version.
  • ConeLog app version.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Whether the issue affects pieces, test tiles, glazes, firings, Pro purchase or restore, language settings, local data deletion, or any build-specific feature shown in your app.

Troubleshooting

Restore Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. If products are unavailable, the app may still be waiting for platform billing setup or store connectivity.

Export and Backup Features

If your ConeLog build includes export or backup tools, they are user-initiated. After export, choose a safe place to save or share the file. Anyone you share the file with may be able to read its pottery and firing records.

Local Data and Delete Data

ConeLog stores records locally on your device in the current app. Deleting records, deleting app data, or uninstalling the app can remove local records from that device.

Photos and Media

If your ConeLog build includes photo or media attachments, check your device storage and any relevant permissions if media is not saving or displaying as expected.

Privacy and Local Storage

ConeLog does not require an account or developer backend in the current app. Data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
