Summary: TripLatch RV stores RV checklist and trip-prep information locally on your device in the current app. It has no account requirement, no developer backend, no ads, no analytics SDK, and no tracking SDK.

This Privacy Policy applies to TripLatch RV ("TripLatch RV", "the app"). TripLatch RV helps RV owners organize repeatable departure, arrival, camp setup, teardown, storage, winterizing, and spring startup checklist routines.

Data Collection

TripLatch RV is designed as a local-first app. In the current app, no account is required. Rig profiles, checklist templates, checklist item status, trip history, import drafts, maintenance reminders, reference notes, and override records are stored on your device.

No Account, Ads, Analytics, Tracking, or Location

TripLatch RV does not require login, does not include advertising SDKs, does not include analytics SDKs, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not collect location data in the current app.

Photos and User Notes

TripLatch RV may let you attach reference photos or notes to checklist items when that feature is available. Photos and notes are user-entered reference material and are intended to remain local unless a future version clearly explains another behavior.

Import, Export, and Sharing

Paste import, checklist summaries, PDF/share export, and partner handoff summaries are user-initiated. If you export or share information, you are responsible for where you save, send, or store that exported content.

In-App Purchases

Optional Pro purchases may be processed by Apple App Store if available in the released version. TripLatch RV and E Stream Media Empire do not receive your full payment card details.

Safety and Responsibility

TripLatch RV is a checklist and reminder tool. It does not provide mechanical diagnosis, repair instruction, legal or insurance advice, official RV certification, accident prevention, or a safety guarantee. RV owners remain responsible for their own inspection, maintenance, and operation.

Children's Privacy

TripLatch RV is an RV planning utility and is not designed for children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated as TripLatch RV changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
