Terms of Use
Terms for NanoSweep, a local-first passport for sweep provenance, immutable snapshots, comparison review, backup, and export handoff.

These Terms of Use apply to NanoSweep. By using the app, you are responsible for the imported files, local records, shared exports, retained backups, and conclusions you draw from information preserved in the app.
Purpose of the app
NanoSweep helps users record calibration context, source-file provenance, immutable measurement snapshots, baseline and follow-up labels, comparison-eligibility results, site notes, photos, backup archives, and handoff records for local recordkeeping.
Your responsibility for records
You are responsible for checking imported files, metadata review input, duplicate detection, backup retention, restore choices, and the destinations of any exported package you share.
No professional or regulated advice
NanoSweep is an informational recordkeeping utility. It is not RF diagnosis, tuning guidance, engineering advice, certification, compliance guidance, safety advice, or a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
File compatibility and evidence limits
Import support is limited to the file formats and validation behaviors shown in the app. Comparison Review reports eligibility rules, blocking reasons, metadata differences, and provenance links, but it does not promise that records are complete for every field condition or suitable for regulated decisions.
Paid features and subscriptions
NanoSweep may offer Pro access through platform-managed in-app purchases as Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime products. Subscription renewals, cancellation, refunds, restore behavior, and displayed prices are handled by the applicable platform where the app is distributed, including Apple App Store or Google Play.
Platform terms
The applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms and policies apply in addition to these product-specific terms unless a required local consumer protection rule says otherwise.
Misuse and termination
Do not use NanoSweep to fabricate provenance, falsify measurement history, or imply that the app issued a professional engineering conclusion. Access to paid features may be limited by platform rules, purchase status, refunds, abuse prevention, or legal requirements.
