Support information for CanvasMark, including local canvas maps, photos, parked threads, session notes, exports, Pro access, and Restore Purchases.

What CanvasMark does
CanvasMark helps stitchers create a private map for a physical needlepoint canvas, mark zones, record user-entered stitch and fiber notes, place parked thread or needle pins, save session context, and prepare local handoff notes.
Local records and backups
CanvasMark is designed as a local-first app. Records stay on the device unless the user chooses to export or share them. Users should keep their own backups before deleting the app, clearing app data, replacing a device, or relying on a handoff export.
Photos and canvas images
If canvas images or progress snapshots do not appear as expected, check iOS photo or camera permission settings, confirm there is enough device storage, and try adding or replacing the image again.
Purchases and Restore Purchases
If Pro access does not appear after purchase or reinstall, use Restore Purchases in the app and confirm the device is signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
What to include in a support email
Include your device model, iOS version, app version if visible, whether the issue affects canvas images, zones, pins, sessions, export, restore, or purchases, and screenshots if they help explain the problem. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, or sensitive records through support email.
