Terms of Use
Terms for PullPilot, a local-first espresso shot logging and dial-in tracking utility.

1. Acceptance
By using PullPilot, you agree to these Terms of Use. PullPilot is provided by E Stream Media Empire as a coffee and espresso logging utility.
2. Apple Standard EULA
For iOS distribution, PullPilot uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is selected. The Apple Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
3. Coffee Utility Only
PullPilot helps users record espresso variables and compare results. It does not guarantee that recommendations will improve espresso results, and users are responsible for their own equipment, ingredients, and use.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchase options may be offered. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to the applicable store rules. Restore Purchases will be available in the app after official IAP integration.
5. No Account Required in MVP
PullPilot does not require an account in the MVP. Local records remain on the device unless the user exports, backs up, deletes, or removes the app.
6. No Professional Claims
PullPilot does not provide medical, legal, financial, equipment-safety, or professional advice. It is a coffee logging tool.
