Data Collection

ShowProject Ledger does not require account creation, login, cloud sync, ads, tracking, analytics, contact upload, public sharing, or a social feed.

Local Records

Families may enter household labels, exhibitor nicknames, animal project details, feed records, weight records, health notes, expenses, income, asset notes, show results, reflection notes, and photo records. These records are intended to remain local to the device.

Exhibitor records are nickname-only. The app does not require birthdates, school names, class details, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or external IDs.

Photos

Photo records are local to the device. Families control what images they add to the app.

Safety Boundary

ShowProject Ledger records user-entered livestock project information. It does not provide veterinary, medical, dosing, legal, tax, or official program advice. Families remain responsible for following project, fair, school, club, association, veterinary, and local requirements.
