BlendFlight helps users run tea blend trials, compare neutral blind cups, reveal cups when ready, archive flights, and keep tasting-session notes on the device.

Troubleshooting basics
If something looks wrong, confirm the app is updated, restart the app, check available device storage, and confirm whether the issue happens in Flight Board, Trial details, Tasting Sessions, Settings, Backup export/import, Pro purchase, Restore Purchases, or legal links.
Backups, export, and import
Use the in-app backup export before deleting records, reinstalling the app, or moving data to another device. Import only backup files you trust. If an import is rejected, existing flights are designed to remain unchanged.
Pro purchase and restore
BlendFlight Pro purchases and restore flows are handled by Apple StoreKit. Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase. Subscription cancellation and refunds are handled through Apple.
What to include in a support email
Include the app name, app version or build if visible, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, a short description of the issue, and which app area is affected. Do not send sensitive tasting records, recipe files, commercial formulas, payment card details, passwords, or private backup files unless a secure support process has been agreed separately.
Scope of the app
BlendFlight records user-entered tea trial notes. It does not evaluate food safety, allergens, health effects, medical or pharmaceutical outcomes, or regulatory compliance.
