Local-first records
BlendFlight stores user-entered blend briefs, neutral cup codes, ingredient notes, sensory scores, blind or revealed trial state, archived flights, tasting sessions, language selection, and app settings on the user device using platform app storage technologies.
No login, account, or developer sync backend
The current BlendFlight app build does not require a login, does not create a BlendFlight account, and does not upload local tasting records to an E Stream Media backend.
Exports, imports, and sharing
JSON backup export, file import, document picker, file exporter, and share sheet flows run only when the user starts them. Users choose where exported backup files are saved or shared. Do not email sensitive tasting records unless a secure support process has been agreed separately.
Purchases
Optional BlendFlight Pro monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. Apple handles payment, subscription management, tax, refund, and cancellation information according to Apple policies. BlendFlight does not receive full payment card details and exported backups do not include StoreKit entitlement or purchase state.
Ads, analytics, and tracking
The current BlendFlight app build does not include ads, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, Firebase, RevenueCat, CloudKit sync, or custom network upload of local records.
Food safety, allergens, and health
BlendFlight records user-entered tea trial notes only. It does not evaluate food safety, allergens, medical effects, pharmaceutical effects, commercial-production compliance, or health outcomes.
Deletion and user choices
Users can edit or delete local records in the app, export backups they choose to keep, remove app data through iOS, or uninstall the app. Exported backup files are controlled by the user after export.
