PetSitter Handoff Board is published by E Stream Media Empire. This policy explains how the app handles information entered into a SitterHandoffPacket.
Local Handoff Records
The app stores user-entered pet routines, feeding and medication references, home-access notes, visit windows, emergency contacts, packet details and revisions in local app storage on the device. These records are not uploaded to an E Stream Media server.
No Account, Advertising or Tracking
The app does not require a PetSitter account, cloud account, API key, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or tracking SDK for its core workflows. It does not provide a hosted server for storing handoff records.
Backups, Exports and Sharing
Records remain on the device unless you choose to create a backup, export a handoff summary or share a file through the system share sheet. You control where exported files are sent and are responsible for protecting sensitive home-access information.
Purchases
Optional Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. E Stream Media does not receive full payment-card details. Apple handles billing, taxes, refunds and subscription management under Apple policies.
Information You Choose to Contact Us With
If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your message so we can respond. Please do not send sensitive pet, household or access information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
