Terms of Use
Terms for BlendFlight: Tea Blend Trials, a local-first tea blending trial and sensory record tool.

By using BlendFlight, you agree to these Terms of Use. BlendFlight is a tea blending trial, blind-cup comparison, and tasting-session record tool.

Use of BlendFlight
BlendFlight helps users record their own blend briefs, neutral trial cup codes, ingredients, changed variables, sensory scores, reveal state, archived flights, and tasting-session notes. It is a recordkeeping and comparison utility, not a food safety system or commercial-production compliance system.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the tea ingredients you use, the tasting decisions you make, and any backup files you export or share. You are also responsible for following applicable food, allergen, workplace, labeling, and commercial-production rules outside the app.
No safety, allergen, medical, or compliance guarantee
BlendFlight does not provide food safety analysis, allergen screening, medical advice, pharmaceutical advice, health-result claims, professional certification, manufacturing approval, or regulatory compliance guarantees.
Purchases and subscriptions
BlendFlight may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase for Pro features. Apple manages billing, displayed prices, taxes, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management. Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase.
Apple terms
Where Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies to an App Store download, it applies in addition to these product-specific terms.
Local data and backups
BlendFlight is designed to work without a BlendFlight login, backend account, or cloud sync in the current app build. Users are responsible for keeping any exported backups they need and for protecting sensitive tasting, recipe, or business records they choose to store or share.
